The Beefficient Software service can be broken down into five parts:
1) Initial Contact: you may like to get in contact with us via Email or telephone so that we can talk through your needs. We will then arrange an informal meeting so that we can have a look at what you are doing now and how these processes can be improved through the use of software.
2) Demonstration: Now that we have an understanding of what you are after we will demonstrate the software to you showing you specifically how the software will benefit your business.
3) Integration: We will work closely with you to get the new software up and running within your business. If you are currently working from multiple spreadsheets then we can help you upload this information into the new software. We will sit with you and ensure that you fully understand how to get the best from the software.
4) Ongoing Support: If you have any questions we are only a phone call away, most queries can be solved over the phone but if needed we will happily come to meet you to ensure that all problems are solved.
5) Feature Requests: If when using the software you decide that you require additional features, again just give us a call and we will work to meet your needs.
